Ken Halford
Chairman
Ken Halford brings over 30 years in the Information Technology Services industry. Over this 30-plus years in the industry, he has co-founded and built 3 successful I.T. Services companies that involved 9 acquisitions, 2 mergers, and selling 2 of the 3 companies. He currently is co-owner and passive investor in an Atlanta-based I.T. Services company. He is also currently actively engaged as Chief Investment Officer/Director of Mergers and Acquisitions with Cook Systems International. His primary role is implementing acquisition activity.

Bob Malmquist
President
Bob is one of the three principals who established CSR in 1996. Recognizing the need for uniqueness in the contract services industry, Bob developed priorities, strategic goals, mission statement and policies for the flat organization.
Bob is responsible for strategic planning, customer diversity, company procedures, and legal issues. He handles the daily business functions of CSR including obtaining master contract agreements with members of our customer base. |

Steven Morrow
Vice President of Sales and Recruiting
With a professional career spanning over 28 years, Steven Morrow is an experienced sales executive with extensive experience in sales and sales management. He has worked in the Retail, Staffing, Information Technology, and Telecommunications Industries. His career over the past 15 years has been focused in the Telecommunciations and I.T. fields including a 12-year career at AT&T.
His specialties include Executive level sales with Fortune 10 corporations to other fortune 100 companies. Furthermore, he has a broad knowledge of sales processes, managing, selling organizations, territory management, contract negotiation, financial analysis, and sales trend forecasting. |

Kenneth Kinney
Vice President of Marketing and Recruiting
Kenneth Kinney is an experienced marketing and recruiting professional with extensive experience in the Technology, Telecommunications, Staffing, Manufacturing, and Retail industries. In his role with CSR, Kenneth assists sales in managing the marketing, recruiting, and training efforts. He has been with Cook Systems International since 2001 and has worked extensively with CSR since 2010. Kenneth graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business.
His focus with CSR is supporting the sales, marketing, and recruiting efforts and acting as a strategic interface with CSR's key accounts. He is dedicated to CSR's customer and employee satisfaction. |

Paul Berrey
Field Director
Operating out of our Atlanta office, Paul is a Field Director with CSR. He retired from Nortel Networks where he spent six years in professional service sales to BellSouth. His responsibilities there included selling professional services related to central office conversions and activities within the CO environment. This involved standardizing a conversion team to assist BellSouth with lines, runks, PBX testing, and SLC integration.
Paul’s extensive background covers a broad range of expertise covering translations assistance, NPA conversions, CO equipment cleanup from contaminants, equipment removal and relocation, and analysis of CO equipment proficiency. He has experience in engineering (SAE) of DMS hardware and software and served as project manager for a network-wide conversion for British Telecom that converted the company’s system from numerous PBXs to one Centrex-based system. He spent two years with Nortel involved in installations, system testing, and converting Lucent 1As to DMS equipment, and upgrading processors.
Prior to his tenure with Nortel, Paul worked for BellSouth as a maintenance engineer with responsibility for DMS office maintenance, and as an equipment engineer responsible for switching office additions throughout Georgia. His career began with Western Electric where he worked on the Cross Bar, 1 ESS, 1A ESS, and 5ESS switching. |

Alene (Ali) Burkholder
Director of Recruiting
Ali is Director of Recruiting overseeing the recruiting organization and is the primary interface with our client’s staffing managers and vendor management systems. In addition she is the contact for our H1B sub-vendors and alliances. She works alongside our Field Directors helping them in staffing for their business opportunities as well.
Ali has 31 years of telecommunications experience with BellSouth. 21 of these years were spent in the Network Operations organization working as a Central Office Supervisor, Service Manager, Staff Manager and Network Curriculum Manager. Before assuming the role she now has in recruiting, she most recently worked with BellSouth developing and supporting the Central Office Engineering Service Measurement (ESM) project. She brings a varied expertise in telecommunications technology as well as a strong customer focus. |

Mandy Byers
Senior Account Recruiting Manager
A Georgia native, Mandy has been a CSR team member for the past eleven years and has been involved in most positions within the company during that time including financial and human resource management.
Her main focus as a Senior Account Recruiting Manager is servicing and acting as a strategic interface with CSR's key accounts as well as focusing on the recruiting needs of these key clients. She is absolutely dedicated 100% to customer and employee satisfaction. |

Amber Kerly
VMS Support Manager
Amber is the VMS Support Manager for CSR. Working closely with the CSR's recruiters, contractors, and clients to ensure overall satisfaction. Additionally, Amber oversees the management and tracking of the majority of the company’s vendor management systems.
Amber’s position at CSR is her first within the telecommunication industry. Amber graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL with a degree in Elementary Education. After college, she was a first grade teacher for seven years. Amber stepping away from teaching to start her family, she has since been fortunate enough to join the CSR family and has enjoyed being an integral part of the company. |

Glenikka Cuberson
Business Development Recruiter
Over the past six years within the telecommunications industry, Glenikka has worked as a technical project lead by leading teams in technology and repair resolutions. She also has a working knowledge of DSL routers, protocols, ACS management systems, organizing and coordinating projects of maximum efficiency. Glenikka, is dedicated to providing “World-Class” Customer Service.

Senior Recruiter
With recruiting experience dating back to 1996, Ed has a proven record of accomplishment of identifying top candidates. As a resourceful and solutions-focused recruiter, he possesses extensive experience specializing in the placement of SAP IT professionals, Database Architects, Developers, Administrators, Network/Security Engineers, and Web Developers. His experience further extends to managing large VMS (Vendor Management Systems) accounts as well as managing the efforts of recruiters. He closely coordinates with client managers in order to ensure a thorough understanding of job requirements. |

David Mills
Field Director
Operating out of Dallas, David is a Field Director with CSR. He retired from Alcatel-Lucent in 2007 with 13 years service. In his tenure with Alcatel-Lucent, he held various positions of responsibility including as Sr. Director of Installation Engineering where he managed both detail engineering and the installation materials logistics operation. David also managed the Retrofit Program for ALU North America, coordinating hardware and S/W upgrades for Access products, Cross Connect, and switching systems for ALU customers.
Prior to joining Alcatel, David worked for Nortel Networks for 19 years. During these years, he held various Customer Service positions including Field Engineer, TAC engineer, and Regional Manager. For the last 3-4 years at Nortel, he was the Director of Customer Service for a Major Nortel Customer. He coordinated hardware and software deployments for the Nortel DMS 250 Tandem Switch and Nortel’s OC 48 Sonnet product and worked across organizational boundaries to make certain that customer requirements were met.
David has been involved in customer support his entire career; beginning as a hands on field service engineer through various management roles. This variety of roles and experiences in his over 32 years in the industry provides him with the ability to understand customer requirements quickly and his attention to detail; thus making certain that CSR’s customer needs are met. |

Coby Nice
Field Director
Operating out of Santa Clarita, Coby is a Field Director with Competent Staffing Resource since 2002. Coby has 40 plus years of telephony experience with a broad knowledge of current technologies and network environments as well as a strong background in project management. Coby's experience included working at Flag Telecom as the Director of Operations for worldwide Fiber Optic Network out of London, England. His career includes experience with Nortel Networks where he managed the Professional Services Sales force for ILEC and Emerging Carriers in the Western U.S. as well as the Professional Services Sales force for the IOC market in the U.S. He also developed, proposed, and defined outsourcing services for Regional Bell Operating Companies. He also worked at NYNEX where he was responsible for the management of technical support in selection, introduction, maintenance and control of network equipment software and products. His hands-on experience includes earlier work as a Technical Support Engineer and Switching Equipment Technician. |

Richard McIntire
Field Director
Operating out of Kentucky, Richard is a Field Director with CSR since 2008. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Licensed Professional Land Surveyor with an extensive background in outside plant operations. His extensive experience includes the design and construction of outside plant facilities as well as a strong background in supervisory management.
His extensive career prior to CSR included working as a Chief Engineer for Kable-X and also as an Area Manager for Telics. Prior to that with BellSouth, Richard was an Operations Director and Manager with Engineering and Construction and also earlier as a Manager with Installation and Maintenance. He also acted as a Staff Manager with Engineering for AT&T. |

Kimberly McConnell
Manager - Support Services
With 23 years of Office/Warehouse Management and Executive Support experience in the manufacturing industry, Kimberly joined the CSR team in 2007. Since that time, she has been focused on the Support Services function, which includes the area of Human Resources and Contract Administration with additional responsibility for functions within the Accounting department. As with all CSR employees, she is dedicated to 100% employee and customer satisfaction. |

Linda Malmquist
Support Services
Linda has been closely associated with the Telecom Industry for 24 years and has been in a support role for most functions at CSR since the doors opened in 1996. Linda remains in her support role for both Recruiting and Support Services. Her primary job functions currently are: eTemp support for recruiting, input payables in QuickBooks, maintains files to insure compliance with contracts and regulations, supports other infrastructure needs as required. Linda is married to the president of CSR, Bob Malmquist. |
